Woke up, read the Independent about Obama's victory trail through Africa. He's well of to do something about Israel. Nethanyahu in TIMES says he want a Palestinian state too. Gully!
Met Tim, the mad physics professor on Brick Lane and we did a bottle of wine and cider at the Verge where they looove me! First question:" You sober yet?"
Started covering; Camden, Soho, Dalston, Hoxton Shoreditch with flyers and posters for the Not Night on the 18th.
Then did Passing Clouds in Dalston. Crap sound system, drunk sound engineer, but found Kate Tempest and a little northern chick that looked like a sexy French teacher. Lovely way to spend the morning. But first we watched the sun rise along the canal by Broadway Market.
Sunday
Did flyers on Brick Lane Sunday market, hung out with the girls and their friends at Bacon Street Project and grabbed some free beer with JS Barnett at "The world IS Yours" exhibit on Redchurch St, which has turned into an ongoing night club. Went upstairs to the Albion's roof terrace to meet my new friend Alexandra, lawyer at Swiss Bank. She's lovely!
